There is a limited number of cheaper timeslots available for inspections for cars and vans. These timeslots must always be booked and paid for in advance.
Appointments for light vehicles
We serve light vehicles in vehicle inspection matters with or without an appointment throughout Finland. You can make an appointment at our national appointment number or conveniently online, where you can also find the timeslots with discounted prices. Check your nearest service point and its prices via a service point search. Prices vary from station to station and based on the timeslot.
Vehicle inspections for cars, vans and heavy four-wheelers
The first vehicle inspection must be carried out no later than 4 years after the vehicle has been taken into service, and after that, the vehicle must be inspected 2 years after the last inspection at the latest. When more than 10 years have elapsed from the date of entry into service, the vehicle must be taken for an inspection 1 year after the last inspection at the latest.
Vehicle inspections for light four-wheelers
The first vehicle inspection must be carried out no later than 3 years after the vehicle has been taken into service and the next inspection must be carried out 2 years after the last inspection at the latest. After that, the vehicle must be taken for an inspection 1 year after the last inspection at the latest.
